Up to $100,000 in AWS credits (some sources indicate up to $300K for AI/ML startups or up to $1M for select cohorts) and 1 year of AWS Business Support (up to $5,000 or $10,000). Credits valid for one or two years.
Founders Package
Up to $1,000 in AWS credits and $350 in Developer Support credits, valid for two years.

Supports startups affiliated with an AWS Activate Provider (e.g., VC, accelerator, incubator) with substantial cloud credits, technical support, and architectural guidance to scale their business.
Eligibility
Affiliated with an approved AWS Activate Provider and possess their Organization ID, pre-Series B funding stage, active company website or profile, founded within the last 10 years, have an AWS account (on a paid tier plan), have not raised more than $100M, and no prior Activate Portfolio credits.
