Terms of Use

By accessing or using YOLO PUSH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the platform. (But we hope you do agree, because we'd love to have you!)

These terms apply to all users, whether you're just browsing or you've created an account.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (don't be a fake person)
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Sorry, future founders - come back when you're legally an adult!

You CAN use YOLO PUSH to:

• Share your startup journey and progress
• Connect with other founders and builders
• Get feedback on your projects
• Build in public and inspire others

You CANNOT use YOLO PUSH to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Spam, scam, or phish
• Impersonate others (including YOLO PUSH employees)
• Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape data without permission

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you post on YOLO PUSH. Your code, your ideas, your posts - they're all yours.

License: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. This is just so we can actually show your posts to other users. We won't sell your content or use it for anything sketchy.

Responsibility: You're responsible for the content you post. Make sure you have the right to share it.

YOLO PUSH, including all software, designs, and content created by us, is our intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy or clone the platform
• Use our branding without permission
• Reverse engineer our code (although some of it is open source!)
• Remove any copyright or trademark notices

You can terminate: Delete your account anytime from your settings. We'll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We can terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in harmful behavior
• Haven't been used in a very long time (we'll warn you first)

As-Is: YOLO PUSH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but stuff happens.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

User Content: We're not responsible for content posted by users. If something seems off, report it!

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of YOLO PUSH after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
